CYBERSPACE—Sxgram, a social media and creator-business platform, "is building an online ecosystem around a simple premise: People operating legal adult businesses should have a place where they can market those businesses openly, professionally and without judgment,” a company rep said.
“Unlike subscription platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue, Sxgram is not primarily designed to sell access to content. It is a social network built to help creators market the businesses surrounding that content.
“Adult creators have become entrepreneurs, publishers, performers, podcasters, affiliates, brand partners and media personalities,” the Sxgram rep continued. “Yet their professional identities are often spread across disconnected platforms—and their ability to reach audiences frequently depends on mainstream networks that were not designed around the realities of adult creator businesses.”
“Adult creators do not need another place to upload content behind a paywall,” said Joseph Haecker, founder of Sxgram. “They need a place to build an audience, establish a professional identity, earn press, create partnerships and market the business around their content. That is the role we believe Sxgram can play.”
Sxgram offers a familiar social experience where members can create profiles, publish posts and short-form content, follow other members and participate in conversations. Around that social layer, Sxgram is developing an interconnected creator-business ecosystem that includes:
• SxM Magazine, providing creators, professionals and businesses with opportunities for interviews, editorial features and shareable press coverage.
• SxRADIO, connecting podcast channels and episodes with creator profiles, social discovery and editorial opportunities.
• SxLINKS, giving members a centralized destination for their websites, subscription pages, social accounts, products and other important links.
• “Product Cards,” designed to help creators promote products, services and revenue opportunities through their social content.
• An affiliate program marketplace, connecting businesses with creators interested in discovering and promoting relevant affiliate opportunities.
• Verified profiles and trust features, “helping members better understand who they are engaging with and report potentially harmful activity.”
The products have been designed to create a connected loop where a creator can publish, earn attention, build credibility, develop professional relationships and direct interested audiences toward the platforms where they already monetize.
Sxgram’s definition of “social media for adults” extends beyond explicit entertainment, the rep added.
The platform is also intended to support conversations and businesses involving adult creators, sexual wellness, women’s health, relationships, medical professionals, educators, podcasters, journalists, brands and other lawful adult topics which may be prohibited on other non-adult platforms.
Sxgram is an adults-only platform, but it is not designed to become another adult subscription service. “Its focus is social discovery, professional identity, connected media and business development,” the rep explained.
“We are not trying to replace a creator’s OnlyFans, Fansly or Fanvue,” Haecker added. “We want to help them grow the business around it—and give them more options for whatever they decide to build next.”
“For some creators, success means growing subscription revenue. For others, it may mean launching a product, developing an affiliate business, hosting a podcast, securing brand partnerships, earning mainstream press or eventually transitioning into an entirely different industry,” the rep continued. “Sxgram is being built to support those different paths without requiring creators to abandon the identities, audiences or businesses they have already developed. The company’s broader position is that participation in the adult creator economy should not prevent someone from building professional credibility, pursuing additional revenue streams or telling a more complete version of their story.”
“If you operate a legal business, you should have the right to market that business,” Haecker added. “Creators deserve access to the same fundamental opportunities as other entrepreneurs: visibility, professional relationships, media coverage and the ability to build something larger than a single source of income.”
