Pornomanias is owned and operated by Enterprise Entreteiment PM LLC, Miami, Florida, United States.

2. Digital Millennium Copyright Act

This procedure is intended to comply with the notice and takedown provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, including 17 U.S.C. Section 512.

Copyright owners or authorized representatives may notify Pornomanias of material they believe infringes their copyrighted work.

3. Required Information

A valid DMCA notice should contain all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list when multiple works are involved.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to allow Pornomanias to locate it.
• The complete URL of every Pornomanias page containing the disputed material.
• The complainant’s name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that the complainant has a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

5. Identification of the Material

General descriptions such as “my content appears on your website” may not provide enough information to locate the disputed material.

Include the exact page URL, profile name, article title and a clear description of the photograph, video, text or other work involved.

6. Multiple Works

If a notice concerns multiple works or URLs, provide an organized list identifying each copyrighted work and each corresponding Pornomanias URL.

Excessively broad requests that do not identify specific material may be returned for clarification.

7. Review Process

After receiving a substantially complete notice, Pornomanias may:

• Review the identified page or material.
• Request additional information from the complainant.
• Remove or disable access to the disputed material.
• Disable a link, preview or embedded item.
• Notify the person who supplied the material.
• Preserve the notice and related communications.

8. Content Hosted by Third Parties

Pornomanias may reference, embed or link to material hosted by an independent third-party website.

We may remove the relevant link, preview, embedded item or reference from Pornomanias, but we cannot directly delete content stored on an external platform.

The copyright owner may also need to send a notice to the original website or hosting provider.

9. Counter-Notification

A person whose material was removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice may submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.

A valid counter-notification should contain:

• The sender’s physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed or disabled and its previous location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the sender has a good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
• The sender’s name, address, telephone number and email address.
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court as required by applicable law.
• Agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant or the complainant’s authorized agent.

10. Restoration of Material

Pornomanias may forward a valid counter-notification to the original complainant.

Material may be restored within the period permitted by applicable law unless the complainant notifies us that legal proceedings have been filed seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

11. Repeat Infringers

Pornomanias may restrict or terminate profiles, accounts, advertising services or commercial relationships associated with repeated copyright infringement.

12. Misrepresentations

A person who knowingly submits a materially false DMCA notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages, costs and attorneys’ fees under applicable law.

Anyone uncertain about ownership, authorization, fair use or another copyright defense should seek independent legal advice before submitting a notice.

13. Privacy

DMCA notices and counter-notifications may be shared with the affected content provider, the original complainant, legal advisers, service providers or competent authorities when required or permitted by law.

Do not include unnecessary identity documents, passwords, financial details or unrelated sensitive information.

14. Other Removal Requests

Reports involving consent, privacy, impersonation, trafficking or content involving minors should use the appropriate Pornomanias compliance and content-removal procedure.

15. Changes to This Notice

Pornomanias may update this DMCA Notice to reflect changes in its procedures, designated agent information or applicable law.
