Community Guidelines

1. Adults Only

Pornomanias is intended exclusively for people who are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age required to access adult-oriented content in their jurisdiction.

Every person represented in adult-oriented photographs, videos, profiles, advertisements or promotional materials must have been an adult when the material was created.

2. Zero Tolerance for Minor Content

Pornomanias strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material and any content that depicts, sexualizes or appears to depict a person under 18 years old.

This prohibition includes:

• Real, generated, illustrated or manipulated sexual content involving minors.
• Content portraying an adult as a minor in a sexual context.
• Requests for or links to prohibited minor-related content.
• Sexual comments directed toward a known or suspected minor.
• Attempts to recruit, contact or exploit minors.

Suspected child sexual abuse material may be removed, preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

3. Consent Is Mandatory

All intimate or adult-oriented content must involve consenting adults who agreed to its creation and distribution.

The following content is prohibited:

• Non-consensual intimate images or videos.
• Hidden-camera or secretly recorded sexual content.
• Content distributed beyond the consent originally provided.
• Content involving coercion, threats or incapacitation.
• Sexual deepfakes or manipulated intimate images without consent.
• Revenge pornography or other privacy violations.

4. Human Trafficking and Exploitation

Pornomanias prohibits content, advertisements or activity that facilitates human trafficking, forced labor, sexual exploitation, coercion or unlawful commercial sexual services.

Accounts, profiles or advertisers suspected of such activity may be suspended and reported to appropriate service providers or authorities.

5. Respect for Creators and Users

Users must treat creators, performers, studios, advertisers and other community members with respect.

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Harassment, intimidation, threats or stalking.
• Repeated unwanted sexual or personal communication.
• Encouraging violence or harm against another person.
• Publishing private personal information.
• Discriminatory abuse or targeted humiliation.
• Organizing campaigns of harassment.

6. Privacy and Personal Information

Users must not publish private addresses, telephone numbers, identity documents, financial information, private conversations or other sensitive information without authorization.

Public professional information may be referenced for legitimate profile and discovery purposes, subject to applicable privacy, intellectual property and publicity rights.

7. Authentic Identities and Profiles

Users must not impersonate creators, performers, studios, Pornomanias personnel or other individuals or businesses.

Profile claims, verification requests and corrections must be truthful. Pornomanias may request proof of identity, representation or ownership.

Verification indicates that specific information was reviewed. It does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee concerning every statement, service or external link associated with the profile.

8. Intellectual Property

Users may submit only content they own or are authorized to use.

Users must not submit or distribute:

• Stolen or pirated photographs and videos.
• Material copied from paid platforms without permission.
• Unauthorized movie clips or promotional materials.
• Logos or trademarks used deceptively.
• Content that violates copyright or publicity rights.

9. Reviews and Comments

Reviews and comments must reflect genuine experiences or good-faith opinions.

Reviews and comments must not contain:

• Knowingly false or fabricated claims.
• Threats, harassment or discriminatory abuse.
• Private or sensitive personal information.
• Spam, malware or unrelated promotional links.
• Sexual content involving or directed toward minors.
• Content created to manipulate ratings or reputation.

Paid, incentivized or commercially connected reviews must clearly disclose that relationship.

10. Spam and Manipulation

Users must not use automated or deceptive methods to manipulate the platform.

Prohibited activity includes:

• Fake accounts, reviews, followers or engagement.
• Automated scraping without authorization.
• Artificial advertising impressions or clicks.
• Repeated unsolicited promotional messages.
• Fraudulent traffic or affiliate conversions.
• Attempts to evade restrictions or moderation.

11. Fraud and Harmful Activity

Pornomanias prohibits scams, phishing, malware, identity theft, fraudulent payment activity and deceptive commercial offers.

Links must not redirect users to unexpected, harmful or materially different destinations.

12. Advertising and Promotion

Advertising and promotional content must comply with these Community Guidelines and the Pornomanias Advertising Policy.

Advertisers must hold all necessary rights, age-verification records, consents and authorizations for submitted materials.

13. Reporting a Violation

Users may report suspected violations involving:

• Minor-related sexual content.
• Non-consensual intimate material.
• Human trafficking or exploitation.
• Copyright infringement.
• Impersonation or unauthorized profiles.
• Privacy violations or harassment.
• Fraud, malware or deceptive links.

Reports should include the relevant URL, reason for the report, supporting evidence and contact information.

14. Emergency Reports

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement authorities before reporting the matter to Pornomanias.

Reports involving suspected minors, trafficking or credible threats will receive priority review.

15. Enforcement

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Pornomanias may:

• Remove or restrict content.
• Correct or remove a profile.
• Reject or suspend advertising.
• Restrict or terminate account access.
• Disable links or promotional placements.
• Preserve information related to an investigation.
• Notify hosting, payment or affiliate partners.
• Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

16. Appeals

A person affected by a moderation decision may request a review.

An appeal should include the relevant URL, the original decision, an explanation and any supporting evidence.

17. Changes to These Guidelines

Pornomanias may update these Community Guidelines as the platform, available features, industry standards or applicable laws change.

The effective date displayed at the beginning identifies the latest published version.
