Pornomanias maintains zero tolerance for human trafficking, coercion, forced labor and sexual exploitation.

Effective date: September 14, 2026

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Pornomanias prohibits the use of its website, profiles, advertisements, links or services to recruit, control, transport, exploit or profit from victims of human trafficking.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Policy explains the measures and standards used by Pornomanias to prevent, identify, report and respond to suspected human trafficking, forced labor, sexual exploitation and coercion.

Pornomanias is owned and operated by Enterprise Entreteiment PM LLC, Miami, Florida, United States.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to:

  • Visitors and registered users.
  • Creators and performers.
  • Studios, agencies and representatives.
  • Advertisers and affiliate partners.

  • Employees, contractors and service providers.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Pornomanias strictly prohibits:

  • Recruiting or transporting persons for sexual exploitation.
  • Using threats, violence, deception or coercion to control a person.
  • Forced labor or involuntary participation in adult content.
  • Withholding identity documents to control a creator or performer.
  • Restricting a person’s freedom of movement.
  • Controlling earnings through threats, fraud or abuse.
  • Exploiting immigration status, debt or economic vulnerability.
  • Advertising unlawful commercial sexual services.
  • Profiting knowingly from trafficking or exploitation.
  • Retaliating against a victim or good-faith reporter.

4. Minors

Any sexual exploitation, recruitment or trafficking involving a person under 18 is strictly prohibited.

Pornomanias also prohibits content that depicts, sexualizes or appears to depict a minor, regardless of whether it is real, generated, illustrated or digitally manipulated.

Suspected minor-related exploitation will receive immediate priority and may be reported to competent authorities as required by law.

5. Consent

Every adult performer must participate voluntarily and provide informed consent for the creation and authorized distribution of content.

Consent is invalid when obtained through force, threats, deception, intoxication, incapacity, abuse of authority, financial control or another form of coercion.

A prior agreement or previous participation does not authorize new activities or unlimited future distribution without applicable consent.

6. Warning Signs

Possible indicators of trafficking or exploitation may include:

  • A person appears controlled, monitored or unable to speak freely.
  • A third party controls identification documents or earnings.
  • A person cannot leave a location or working arrangement.
  • Threats, violence, blackmail or debt are used as control.
  • A performer appears fearful, injured, disoriented or coerced.
  • Profile information is managed without the person’s knowledge.
  • Payments are redirected to an unrelated controlling party.
  • Recruitment claims are deceptive or materially different from reality.
  • A person’s age or identity cannot be reasonably verified.

A single indicator does not necessarily establish trafficking, but credible concerns should be reported for review.

7. Responsibilities of Creators and Studios

Creators, studios, agencies and producers must maintain lawful, professional and voluntary working practices.

They are responsible for:

  • Verifying every performer’s identity and age.
  • Obtaining informed and voluntary consent.
  • Maintaining required releases and production records.
  • Respecting agreed limits and distribution rights.
  • Allowing performers to communicate without improper control.
  • Complying with labor, safety and anti-trafficking laws.

8. Advertising and Affiliate Partners

Advertisers and affiliate partners must not use Pornomanias to promote trafficking, coercion, exploitation or unlawful commercial sexual services.

Pornomanias may suspend advertisements, profiles and links when the advertiser’s identity, authority, age-verification process or business practices cannot be reasonably confirmed.

9. Reporting Suspected Trafficking

People outside the United States should contact the appropriate emergency, anti-trafficking or victim-support organization in their country.

11. Protecting Potential Victims

Reports should avoid publishing or unnecessarily distributing a potential victim’s private information.

Do not confront a suspected trafficker when doing so could place a potential victim or another person in danger.

Do not download or redistribute potentially illegal material to support an ordinary email report. Provide the URL and a sufficient description.

12. Review and Investigation

Pornomanias may review reported pages, profiles, advertisements, associated links and relevant technical or business records.

15. No Retaliation

Pornomanias prohibits retaliation, harassment, threats or intimidation against potential victims, witnesses and people who submit reports in good faith.

Retaliation may result in immediate content removal, suspension or termination of access and commercial services.
