1. Advertising Services

Pornomanias may offer paid promotional services to creators, performers, studios, agencies, adult websites, digital platforms and other approved businesses.

Available advertising services may include:

• Banner advertising.
• Featured or promoted profiles.
• Sponsored articles and interviews.
• Featured movies, studios or websites.
• Search-result and category placements.
• Email or notification campaigns.
• Social media promotion.
• Affiliate and performance-based campaigns.

2. Advertiser Eligibility

Advertisers must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to purchase and manage advertising for the promoted person, brand, platform or business.

Pornomanias may request identity, business, ownership or authorization documents before approving a campaign.

3. Advertiser Responsibility

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements, claims, images, videos, links, landing pages, products and services comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

By submitting advertising material, the advertiser represents and warrants that:

• Every depicted person is an adult and was an adult when recorded.
• Every depicted person consented to the content and its promotion.
• The advertiser possesses all necessary licenses and permissions.
• The advertisement does not violate intellectual property rights.
• All promotional claims are accurate and not misleading.
• The destination website is lawful and reasonably secure.

4. Prohibited Advertising

Pornomanias does not accept advertising that:

• Contains, targets or appears to contain minors.
• Sexualizes persons who appear to be under 18.
• Promotes non-consensual or secretly recorded content.
• Promotes human trafficking, coercion or exploitation.
• Advertises unlawful sexual services.
• Contains stolen, pirated or unauthorized material.
• Uses another person’s identity without authorization.
• Contains false, deceptive or unverifiable claims.
• Promotes violence, abuse or unlawful discrimination.
• Distributes malware, spyware, phishing or harmful software.
• Uses misleading buttons, redirects or download instructions.
• Violates copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• Attempts to evade Pornomanias review or security systems.

5. Age and Consent Documentation

Advertisers must maintain appropriate age-verification, consent, licensing and model-release records for promotional materials when required by applicable law.

Pornomanias may request evidence that all persons depicted are adults and that the advertiser has permission to use the submitted material.

Failure to provide requested evidence may result in rejection or immediate campaign suspension.

6. Landing Page Requirements

Advertising destination pages must:

• Match the content and offer presented in the advertisement.
• Display pricing and subscription conditions clearly.
• Disclose recurring billing where applicable.
• Provide accessible cancellation information.
• Use secure connections when collecting sensitive information.
• Comply with applicable privacy and age-access requirements.
• Avoid unauthorized redirects or automatic downloads.

7. Review and Approval

Submission or payment does not guarantee approval. Pornomanias may review advertisements before publication and while a campaign is active.

Pornomanias may reject, request changes to, pause or remove advertising that violates this Policy or creates legal, security, reputational or user-safety concerns.

8. Sponsored Content Disclosure

Paid or commercially connected content may be identified using labels such as “Sponsored,” “Promoted,” “Advertisement,” “Featured” or “Partner Content.”

Advertisers may not remove, hide or interfere with required commercial disclosures.

9. Campaign Scheduling

Campaign start dates depend on approval, payment confirmation, material delivery and available advertising inventory.

Delays caused by incomplete, rejected or non-compliant materials do not obligate Pornomanias to begin the campaign on the originally requested date.

10. Performance and Reporting

Pornomanias may provide statistics such as impressions, clicks, placement activity and referral traffic.

Statistics may be affected by privacy settings, cookie rejection, browser restrictions, fraud filtering, technical errors and third-party reporting differences.

Pornomanias does not guarantee followers, registrations, subscribers, purchases, revenue, search rankings or other commercial results.

11. Invalid Traffic

Automated, fraudulent, duplicated or manipulated traffic may be excluded from campaign reports and billing calculations.

Advertisers must not generate artificial impressions or clicks or encourage others to manipulate campaign statistics.

12. Payments

Advertising fees, payment schedules, taxes, campaign duration and deliverables will be described in the applicable order, invoice or written agreement.

Campaigns may be withheld or suspended when payment is incomplete, reversed, disputed or suspected to be fraudulent.

13. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the applicable advertising order or written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, amounts associated with advertising already delivered, produced, scheduled or reserved may be non-refundable.

Pornomanias may provide replacement placement or campaign credit when agreed deliverables were not provided due to an error under our control.

14. Advertising Materials

Advertisers retain ownership of their submitted materials.

The advertiser grants Enterprise Entreteiment PM LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, resize, format, distribute and promote those materials for the agreed campaign.

Pornomanias may make reasonable technical adjustments needed for compatibility, layout, performance or responsive display.

15. Campaign Suspension

Pornomanias may suspend or terminate a campaign immediately if:

• The advertising violates this Policy.
• A complaint or rights claim is received.
• Age, consent or ownership cannot be verified.
• The destination website becomes unsafe or unavailable.
• Payment is reversed or suspected to be fraudulent.
• Continuing the campaign may create legal or safety risks.

16. Third-Party Platforms

Social media campaigns and external placements are also subject to the policies and technical limitations of the relevant third-party platforms.

Pornomanias is not responsible for content removal, account suspension, reach reduction or policy changes imposed by third-party platforms.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enterprise Entreteiment PM LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from an advertising campaign, third-party platform, external website or failure to achieve expected results.

18. Changes to This Policy

Pornomanias may update this Advertising Policy to reflect changes in services, technologies, business practices or applicable laws.

Active campaigns will also remain subject to their applicable written orders or agreements.
