Content and Performer Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to creators, performers, studios, agencies, advertisers, profile owners, content suppliers and other parties that submit or promote material through Pornomanias.

Pornomanias is owned and operated by Enterprise Entreteiment PM LLC, Miami, Florida, United States.

2. Performer Age Requirements

Every performer and person depicted in adult-oriented material must have been at least 18 years old when the material was created.

A higher minimum age applies when required by the laws governing the production, publication or distribution of the content.

Content depicting or appearing to depict a minor in a sexual context is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether the material is real, fictional, generated, illustrated or digitally manipulated.

3. Identity and Age Verification

Creators, studios, advertisers and content suppliers must verify the identity and age of every depicted performer using valid, government-issued identification or another legally accepted method.

Pornomanias may request reasonable evidence of:

• The performer’s legal identity.
• The performer’s date of birth.
• The date the content was produced.
• The identity of the producer or studio.
• The authority to publish and promote the material.
• Compliance with applicable recordkeeping requirements.

4. Performer Consent

Every performer must provide informed and voluntary consent before participating in adult-oriented content.

Consent must cover the nature of the activity, creation of the material, authorized uses, distribution channels and any agreed commercial terms.

Consent obtained through force, threats, deception, intoxication, incapacity or abuse of authority is invalid.

5. Content Distribution Authorization

A person or organization submitting content must possess authorization to publish, distribute and promote it on Pornomanias.

Permission to participate in a recording does not automatically constitute unlimited permission to distribute it through every website, platform, advertisement or promotional channel.

Submitters must respect the scope, duration and limitations of the performer’s authorization.

6. Content Ownership

Submitted content must be owned, licensed or otherwise legally authorized by the submitting party.

The following materials are prohibited:

• Stolen or pirated photographs and videos.
• Material copied from paid platforms without authorization.
• Leaked or unlawfully obtained private content.
• Unauthorized movie clips or studio productions.
• Material that infringes copyright or publicity rights.
• Content subject to a valid removal or distribution restriction.

7. Prohibited Content

Pornomanias prohibits content involving:

• Minors or persons presented sexually as minors.
• Non-consensual intimate images or videos.
• Hidden-camera or secretly recorded sexual activity.
• Human trafficking, coercion or exploitation.
• Actual sexual violence or credible threats of harm.
• Unlawful discrimination or targeted harassment.
• Incest involving actual family members.
• Bestiality or sexual abuse of animals.
• Necrophilia or sexual activity involving deceased persons.
• Content whose possession or distribution is unlawful.

8. Deepfakes and Manipulated Content

Pornomanias prohibits sexual deepfakes, face swaps and other manipulated intimate content created or distributed without the explicit consent of the identifiable person represented.

Authorized synthetic or manipulated content must be clearly labeled when necessary to avoid misleading users.

9. Artificially Generated Content

Generated adult-oriented material must not represent or resemble a real identifiable person without authorization.

Generated content must not depict, sexualize or appear to depict minors. Descriptions, prompts or labels intended to present a character as underage are prohibited.

10. Performer Health and Safety

Producers and studios are responsible for maintaining lawful, professional and reasonably safe production practices.

Pornomanias does not supervise third-party productions and does not provide medical, employment or workplace-safety certification for independent creators or studios.

11. Profiles and Public Information

Performer and creator profiles may contain publicly available, licensed, authorized or directly submitted professional information.

Profile information should remain relevant to the person’s public adult entertainment activity and must not expose private addresses, identity documents, financial information or other sensitive personal data.

12. Claiming or Correcting a Profile

A performer, creator, studio or authorized representative may request to claim, verify, correct or update a profile.

Pornomanias may request proof of identity or representation before approving changes.

Verification confirms that specific information or authority was reviewed. It does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of every external claim or service.

13. Content Removal Requests

Performers and rights holders may request review or removal of content involving:

• Lack or withdrawal of distribution consent.
• Unauthorized intimate material.
• Incorrect identification or impersonation.
• Copyright or publicity-right violations.
• Exposure of private personal information.
• Content involving coercion, exploitation or minors.

Requests should identify the relevant URL and explain the requester’s relationship to the content.

14. Recordkeeping

Producers and content suppliers are responsible for maintaining identity, age, consent, release and production records required by applicable law.

When applicable, this includes records required under 18 U.S.C. Sections 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Pornomanias may request compliance confirmation or supporting documentation before displaying content or advertising.

15. Review and Enforcement

Pornomanias may investigate submitted materials and suspend, restrict or remove content when:

• Age or identity cannot be reasonably verified.
• Consent or distribution authority is disputed.
• A valid rights or privacy complaint is received.
• The material violates this Policy.
• Continuing publication creates a legal or safety risk.

16. Reporting Violations

Suspected underage content, non-consensual material, trafficking, exploitation, impersonation or stolen content should be reported immediately.

Reports should include the URL, description of the concern, supporting evidence and contact information.

17. Cooperation With Authorities

Pornomanias may preserve and disclose relevant information to appropriate service providers or competent authorities when required or permitted by law.

Reports involving suspected minors, trafficking or immediate danger will receive priority review.

18. Policy Updates

Pornomanias may update this Policy as platform features, industry standards or applicable laws change.

The effective date displayed at the beginning identifies the latest published version.
