CHICAGO — Sarah Harlow opens up about her path from portrait photography to adult performance and her interview series, Unbothered, in a new EMMReport feature. She describes photographing women and OnlyFans creators before stepping in front of the lens herself, then applying her lighting and editing skills to build her own creator business. Harlow says she produces the show’s three-camera interviews and accompanying collaborations herself. “It’s been challenging to be honest with you. The whole podcast has been a challenge for me because I’ve been doing all the production and everything myself,” she says. The feature also follows her work as a Naked News anchor and her approach to interviews: “It’s just a real open discussion between two girlfriends,” she explains, adding that guests can ask her to cut anything they do not want released.

The story traces a more personal history alongside that professional shift: Harlow speaks about youthful shyness, relationships, periods of sexual exploration, motherhood, and the boundaries she now brings to her work. She describes the demands of making a sustainable income on OnlyFans, from production and editing to promo and travel for adult film shoots. “You do not know the work it takes to be an OnlyFans creator and actually make money at this,” she says. Her aim is broader than any single platform or production: “The end goal with this is just to be fulfilled in whatever career or whatever path this takes me on,” she says, “and just be really happy and wealthy.”
