LOS ANGELES—Tantaly has debuted the new “Emilia” Ultra-Lightweight Silicone Sex Doll.
As one of the brand’s latest silicone models, the Emilia torso combines realistic body proportions with the durability of silicone materials, while introducing upgraded Tantabosom S, a “soft breast’ technology designed to enhance softness, natural rebound and overall realism,” a Tantaly representative said. The upgraded Tantabosom S technology was developed specifically for silicone products.
According to the company, the development of Tantabosom S was driven by users’ demand for a more natural breast feel. “While traditional materials offer durability and structural stability, there has always been room for improvement in softness and dynamic movement,” the rep said.
To address this, Tantaly optimized internal breast structures, material combinations and manufacturing processes, creating a more natural tactile experience while maintaining long-term stability. Compared with standard gel-filled breasts available on the market, the rep said, “Tantabosom improves softness by more than 30 percent and delivers more realistic movement while maintaining a natural shape over time.”
Weighing approximately 34 pounds, Emilia features an ultra-lightweight design that reduces weight from “traditional 61-pound silicone models by around 40 percent.” While maintaining full-body proportions and a realistic appearance, the lighter construction makes Emilia easier to handle, clean and store. The doll also features a 13-layer body painting process for realistic skin details and an upgraded EVO skeleton system that supports multi-joint movement in the neck, shoulders, waist and legs, allowing for a range of natural poses.
“Lightweight design should not come at the cost of realism. By combining silicone craftsmanship with natural body curves, Emilia demonstrates that softness and portability can exist together,” said the representative. “This softness does not need to be exchanged for extra weight—Tantabosom S delivers a more realistic breast experience, while the ultra-lightweight design allows users to enjoy that experience with greater ease.”
