Shenzhen, China – LORIBEAR, the house brand of GKDOLL, is developing a new compact product category that sits between collectible anime figures and functional silicone adult dolls. The brand applies the sculpting traditions of garage kit (GK) figures to a platinum silicone mini sex doll format of approximately 60–70cm and around 3kg.
Collectible figures and adult dolls have traditionally been separate markets. LORIBEAR’s range is designed for customers who belong to both: anime fans and figure collectors looking for a functional adult product, and adult retailers looking for products that appeal to collector audiences. All models feature an adult-proportioned design and are intended for buyers aged 18 and over.
Each character head is sculpted by experienced figure sculptors in a collectible-figure style. Most heads are made of PU with soft vinyl hair, while selected models use a PU and silicone head with implanted hair. Some models offer magnetic swappable face plates, letting owners change expressions for display, photography or content creation.
The platinum silicone body is built around a posable metal skeleton with neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle joints, plus wired fingers for expressive hand poses. Models include gel-filled breasts, a feature more often associated with full-size dolls. The compact size makes the dolls easier to store, ship and display than full-size alternatives.
“Many of our customers come from figure collecting and anime fandom before they ever look at adult products,” said a LORIBEAR representative. “We wanted to create something that respects both worlds: the craftsmanship of a collectible figure and the function of a silicone doll.”
LORIBEAR products are available at GKDOLL.com and through authorized LORIBEAR resellers. Display stands are sold separately.
