I’m Zed, the maker of SauceMatch (saucematch.com), and I’d like to share it with AINews readers.
SauceMatch is a free reverse video search for adult video. You give it a screenshot, a picture, a GIF or a short clip, and it looks for the full video in its own index of over 4 million videos, about 40 million frames, from adult tube sites, MissAV, Erome, NSFW Reddit and some clip stores. There is no account. Every Match is checked frame against frame with keypoint geometry and shows a 0 to 100 confidence with the matched frame pairs. Weaker leads are kept apart under Similar.
Creators and studios get two ways to find copies of their own work.
The clip search: upload a piece of one of your videos and each page in the index that carries it shows up as its own Match. That is the list you need before sending takedowns (check if your video was posted).
The face search: give it a clear clip or photo of your own face and it lists videos in the index where the same face appears, each linked to its page. Compilations, re-cuts, re-encodes and reuploads you never knew about turn up this way. It shows video pages only, never names or profiles, and it searches only the adult videos in its index, not social media or the open web. It finds some of your clips, not all, and works best with a clear front-on face.
Since it opened in September I’ve kept one rule: if the frames don’t line up, it isn’t called a match. In October so far, when a search found the video, it was on two or more pages in just over half of the cases.
Thanks,
Zed
