LOS ANGELES—AVN Hall of Famer and 2020 AVN Awards Show co-host Nikki Benz is throwing her hat into the ring for the newly-open position of White House Press Secretary.
After the Trump administration fired most recent Press Secretary Kate Zacharia following her short five-day stint, White House Communications Director Steven Cheung took to social media to suggest “Queen of Rap” Nicki Minaj as a replacement.
“’Queen of Porn’ Nikki Benz has sprung into action,” a representative for the star said, after Benz announced her interest in the position via her own X post.
Benz’s status as an elite adult star has created a substantial social media presence on Instagram (5.3 million followers), Facebook (nearly 2 million followers) and X (974K followers), along with her more than 254 million video views on Pornhub.
Benz said in a statement:
“Dear White House Hiring Team,
I would like to formally express my interest in becoming the next White House Press Secretary.
As Nikki Benz, I’ve spent over two decades building a successful career in one of the most scrutinized industries in the world. I’ve dealt with the media, public criticism, controversy, difficult questions, and the pressures of being a recognizable public figure.
Here’s what I bring to the table:
Thick skin. I’ve heard it all, seen it all, and very little rattles me.
Experience in front of cameras. I’m comfortable speaking publicly, thinking on my feet, and handling unexpected situations.
Direct communication. I don’t believe in talking in circles. Ask me a question, and I’ll give you an answer.

Benz has generated AI / SI images of herself in the role, "to make it easier for the White House to envision how terrific she would be,” the rep added.
